T7722
| Advanced Mixedsignal Test System |
Supports Various Consumer Device Testing, and Designed for Space Saving
SoC devices are advancing at a high pace toward lower voltage, higher power, and higher speed. Thereby, linear or mixed-signal devices are required to operate stably with little adverse effect from noise generated by high speed clock signals. The T7722 is able to achieve floor space reduction by 20% compared with our conventional test systems, and to achieve direct current tests with high accuracy and analog or digital tests at high speed. The T7722 also supports high accuracy performance evaluation and diversified tests of consumer linear or mixed-signal devices with high cost performance.

Incorporates a high-precision per-pin DC unit
To support high accuracy measurements of more diversified consumer devices, the T7722 utilizes a per-pin DC unit, which is capable of providing a stable current or voltage and also measuring the current or voltage. |
T7722 standard-configuration system is competitively priced
The T7722 is based on our T7721 model with an established reputation as a mixed-signal device tester for automotive applications, so that ADVANTEST can provide such competitive pricing. |
Flexibly supports a wide variety of applications
The T7722 incorporates a high speed logic module, which is able to support the following:
- a high speed logic tester (up to 128 channels, 2 devices simultaneously),
- a linear tester (up to 128 channels with per-pin DC modules, up to 8 devices simultaneously),
- a mixed-signal device tester with:
- a high speed logic module of up to 128 channels,
- up to 128 channels with per-pin DC modules,
- up to 4 channels of wide-band waveform digitizer and arbitrary waveform generator.
Fully upward compatible with T7721
The T7722 is designed for full upward compatibility with the resources of the T7721, such as performance boards and software programs. Further, the T7721 incorporates the Viewpoint software program, as does the T6300, T6500, or T6600 series.
Therefore, the T7722 contributes to reduced turn around time (TAT), so that programs can be extensively developed, evaluated and analyzed in the Viewpoint environment. |
