To satisfy a diversification of applications, linear/mixed signal devices have been developing to process data faster, have more advanced functions, and be more accurate. On the other hand, consumer devices require cost reduction. The T7721 adopts test unit with advanced technologies to meet customer needs with superior cost performance in evaluation testing of linear/mixed-signal devices and mass production tests. Even in the field of automotive analog devices where high quality is required, highly reliable testing are available with high power DC unit (60 V/20 A) for 42 V batterysupported high voltage perpin DC unit and power unit test, and high speed digital unit (20 MHz) for highfunction logic unit test. Also, broadband mixed-signal unit option allows testing for broadband linear devices or mixed-signal devices.

Configurable system to meet your purpose
By adopting a scalable architecture, minimum to maximum configurations are possible on the same platform, and you can select the bestsuited system configuration for your own usage. Furthermore, an all-in-one test head capable of high speed, high accuracy testing and simultaneous testing of up to 8 devices contributes to improve throughput for mass production.

By mounting a per-pin DC unit with up to 256 channels, high pin count analog devices can be tested at high speed with high accuracy.

By adopting a broadband waveform digitizer and an arbitrary waveform generator, analog signal testing from audio band to video band are fully covered.

The T7721 comes with Viewpoint, the same software from our time-proven the T6600/6500/6300 series, which strongly supports reducing the turn-aroundtime (TAT) during program development, evaluation and analysis.
