Advantest Wins Editors' Choice Best Product Award For Semiconductor Manufacturing Excellence

TOKYO, Japan, July 12th, 2006 - Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857, NYSE: ATE), received the Editors' Choice Best Product Award from Semiconductor International magazine. This award is presented annually by the magazine to 20 products deemed indispensable to state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturers.
