Advantest Europe GmbH Receives a Combined Certification for ISO14001 and ISO9001

Advantest Europe GmbH (AEG) received a combined certification for ISO14001 and ISO9001, which are the international standards, at its offices in Munich and Amerang on April 20th, 2010.
The Munich office acquired the ISO14001 certification in 2008. It has been also engaged in environmental activities such as reducing the usage of office paper, saving energy, reducing the amount of waste generated and improving the green procurement rate for office supplies for some time now.
The Amerang office, on the other hand, put a wide variety of environmental activities into practice by learning from the Munich office's initiatives and built an ISO operation system by itself. AEG, now, passed the extension certification assessment, and it was finally able to acquire the combined certification of ISO14001 and ISO9001 in both offices.
As Advantest's base in Europe, AEG will continue to work on further expansion and enhancement of its environmental activities in the future.
