Advantest Makes a Presentation in the 4th Research Report Seminar by the Institute of Life Cycle Assessment, Japan

The 4th Research Report Seminar, hosted by the Institute of Life Cycle Assessment, Japan (ILCAJ), was held at the Kitakyushu International Conference Center from March 5th to 7th, 2009. Advantest attended and made a presentation in this seminar. It was the second time since last year for Advantest to participate in this seminar.
In its presentation, Advantest suggested a new method of assessing the environmental efficiencies of a variety of products in general, regardless of their industry segments and product categories.
There was an audience of over 60 people in the hall. They showed a lot of interest in listening to Advantest's presentation and took notes with enthusiasm. Advantest's presentation was also complimented by many attendees, who said that the research ideas were good and that they wanted to relate what they learned to their future research.
We hope to reflect these research results to our future product development. At the same time, we want to contribute to the development of research at many research institutes and companies by providing them with such information.
