Participating in the "Spring Anti-Litter Campaign" at Kumagaya Factory

On June 25th, Advantest Manufacturing, Inc (AMI), based at our Kumagaya Factory (Kumagaya-shi, Saitama), participated in the "Spring Anti-Litter Campaign."
The initiative is run by Kumagaya City's community development council and involves clean-up activities that aim to build community spirit and make the area an attractive place to live. 20 AMI employees took part on the day, and spent about an hour collecting rubbish in the areas surrounding the Kumagaya factory. We collected two bags full of rubbish to be incinerated, one bag of empty cans and one bag of PET bottles.
We are committed to taking part in further community environmental events, and to promoting environmental conservation and communication with local people.
