Advantest Receives Fujitsu's Environmental Contribution Award

On June 6th, Fujitsu held the 2006 Fujitsu Group Environmental Contribution Awards at its factory in Kawasaki, with the Advantest Group winning an award for the third time running. These awards are part of Fujitsu's "Green Policy 21," which is based on their concept of protecting the environment by making all activities green. Advantest was recognized for its efforts in activities regarding environmental conservation and social responsibility. The award we received was in the Green Policy Earth category and followed the completion of our three-year afforestation project in Malaysia.
The Advantest Group as a whole plans to continue its concerted efforts in these areas, as part of its corporate social responsibilities.
