The 3rd Global Environment Meeting was held in Japan

The Advantest Group held the 3rd Global Environment Meeting in Japan for 2 days on January 25th and 26th, 2007.
This was the 3rd time for the Group to come together and hold this annual meeting, and the employees from the environmental departments and the CSR department in Japan, as well as the representatives from 8 overseas subsidiaries, attended the meeting. Each attendant presented the results from the environmental and social activities in his or her region and discussed the future issues for improvement.
We engaged in productive discussions on the environmentally related topics such as the challenges involved with the ISO14001 certification, making a tool to share the environmental information, and our effort to further promote the environmental activities in the future. The 2-day meeting was concluded with great success and achievements.
The Advantest Group will continue to share the environmental and social information with all our members worldwide. By setting up and promoting our common goals in environmental management, we will seek to improve and fulfill the entire Group's CSR activities and social responsibilities in coming years.
